Primal Virtue was a rock/jazz fusion band based in the DC area in the early 1990's. They played small and mid-sized clubs and mid-Atlantic area for several years and manage to record a 17 song release called "The Crisis Will Define The Man". The music is Zappa-esque and feature superb performances in a very unique style you can only find in Primal Virtue.
